I was invited by Radiozora to create a dj set in promotion of our new EP, ‘Steps of Deeper Slumber’. I put together a two-hour mix, featuring not only some of our own tracks but also key influences.
Dreadzone’s 'Biological Radio' was a transformative album for me, and the beat drop in 'Third Wave' still gives me chills. Naturally, Banco De Gaia is included as well—'Last Train to Lhasa' speaks for itself, though I was thrilled to include AstroPilot’s fantastic remix. I also want to highlight Sunking’s 'Lagapagos', a track that first launched me into deep space and ignited my love for ambient music.
The set begins with a few club-oriented tracks, gradually moves into mid-tempo, and finally flows into pure ambient, creating a deeply atmospheric journey.
